Custom Orders, Shipping & Returns Policy
Shipping takes 14 days. You will be emailed a tracking number once it’s been shipped.
All extension hair orders are custom selected and ordered specifically for each client based on their consultation, color match, length, and desired installation method. Once a hair order has been submitted to the manufacturer/supplier, the order cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged.
Deposits and payments made toward custom hair orders are nonrefundable once the order has been placed, as the hair is specially ordered for that individual client. This applies even if the client decides not to move forward with the service after the order has been submitted.
All orders are processed and shipped promptly. Please note that shipping timelines are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Moxie is not responsible for delays once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
Due to the nature of hair extensions and for hygiene and quality control reasons, all sales are final. Returns or exchanges are not accepted once the product has been shipped.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure correct color matching and order details prior to purchase. Orders placed with incorrect color, length, or specifications are not eligible for return or exchange. We strongly recommend thorough consultation and accurate color matching before submitting your order.
If you believe your item is defective or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Claims will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and the item must remain unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.
By submitting payment for a custom hair order, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
